After achieving success as a Canadian National Olympic Canoe Team member, Preston earned his Professional Real Estate Licence through the Sauder School of Business at U.B.C.
During his early years in real estate in the 80’s he worked as a sales rep for new construction developments.
Over the following 32 years Preston continued to apply his experience to single family homes, townhomes, and condos and brings project type marketing to his residential sales.
Preston has a broad range of experience with small and medium sized development projects and land assemblies.
He has sold over 13 projects totaling over 550 units, handling all aspects of the process from location identification, land assembly, end product specifications and scope, marketing and branding, to the selling of all units.
Having grown up in Vancouver, Preston lived in North Burnaby where he raised his 3 children with his lovely and supportive wife. Now residing in the quaint character of Fort Langley Preston is able to enjoy a bit more time closer to nature.
The word Fisk is Norwegian for Fisherman so it is no surprise that Preston enjoys spending his spare time outdoors with a fishing rod in hand or plying the waters in his canoe.
